This Anti-Pyramid Scheme Disclaimer (hereinafter referred to as the “Disclaimer”) is hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Compensation Plan of Orkona LLC, a limited liability company duly organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and conducting operations globally (hereinafter “Orkona”, “the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).This Disclaimer is intended to provide full legal transparency regarding the lawful structure, operation, and nature of Orkona’s commercial activities, and to affirm its full compliance with all applicable anti-pyramid and anti-fraud statutes, regulations, and guidelines globally, including but not limited to:

India’s Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021

I.STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF OUR BUSINESS MODEL
Orkona strictly prohibits, does not condone, and actively safeguards against any business practice that would constitute a pyramid scheme, Ponzi scheme, chain referral program, or any similar fraudulent financial structure. We affirm and warrant the following:

1. Legitimate Product and Service Offering
Orkona operates a digital platform that provides tangible and independently valuable products and services, primarily comprising educational content, business tools, automation software, and network-building systems.
The compensation model is based solely on the sale, use, and licensing of these digital products and services, not on recruitment or entry fees.

2. No Compensation for Recruitment
Participants are not compensated for merely recruiting others into the program.
No part of our remuneration model rewards individuals for introducing new participants unless and until those participants purchase and engage with Orkona’s digital products for their own use or resale in a compliant manner.

3. Commission Based on Product Value and Performance
All earnings and commissions are directly tied to:
The sale of legitimate products to end users;
The actual value created in the Orkona ecosystem;
The performance and engagement of participants in accordance with Orkona’s Compensation Plan.
No passive or guaranteed income is offered or implied.

4. Non-Coercive Participation
Participation is entirely voluntary, and no participant is required to:
Purchase excessive inventory or digital licenses;
Recruit others in order to earn;
Maintain any form of auto-ship or recurring order beyond personal or business operational needs.


II. MARKETING & INCOME REPRESENTATION STANDARDS

1. Prohibition of Misleading Income Claims
Orkona enforces a zero-tolerance policy against misrepresentation of potential income or lifestyle promises.
Any projected income statements, testimonials, or marketing claims must:
Be factually accurate;
Contain appropriate income disclaimers;Be pre-approved by Orkona’s Compliance Division;
Clearly state that earnings are not typical and vary depending on effort, skill, market demand, and adherence to company policies.

2. Transparent Compensation Disclosure
A comprehensive Earnings Disclosure Statement (EDS) is publicly available and included in all relevant marketing and onboarding materials.Participants are legally obligated to direct potential recruits to the EDS prior to enrollment.

III. ENFORCEMENT, MONITORING & COMPLIANCE SYSTEM

1. Internal Compliance Mechanisms
Orkona has established a dedicated Compliance & Ethics Department responsible for:
Routine audits of compensation activity;
Monitoring marketing conduct across social media and offline channels;
Immediate intervention when red flags or breaches are identified;
Ongoing training and certification programs for participants and leaders;
Suspension or permanent termination of accounts in violation of this Disclaimer or the Compensation Plan.

3. Legal Cooperation
Orkona fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, consumer protection organizations, and financial watchdogs in all jurisdictions of operation.
Upon request or subpoena, Orkona will disclose relevant data, transactional records, and communication logs in accordance with applicable laws and its Data Privacy Policy.

IV. REFUND, EXIT, AND PARTICIPANT RIGHTS

1. Risk-Free Trial and Refund Policy
All new customers and affiliates are entitled to a clearly defined refund policy (see Refund Policy) within a specific timeframe after purchase.
Refunds are honored in accordance with:
Local consumer protection laws;
Terms outlined during the point of sale;
Verification of product non-consumption or dissatisfaction.

2. Fair Exit Rights
Participants may exit the Orkona program at any time without penalty.
Commissions earned up to the date of termination are honored, subject to compliance with all terms.

Orkona’s structure, operations, and earnings model expressly and provably avoid these characteristics.

2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:
The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (for corporate legal matters);
The local consumer protection and anti-pyramid statutes of the relevant jurisdiction where the participant resides or operates.
In the event of any legal challenge or dispute, this document shall serve as primary evidence of Orkona’s structural and operational legitimacy.

VI. FINAL STATEMENT

We vehemently oppose any illegal recruitment-based schemes and hold our participants to the highest standards of professional and legal conduct.Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination, clawback of commissions, and civil or criminal liability where applicable.
